To set the foundation for inclusivity at our workplace, we invest in programs across Evolv that support mentorship, learning and promoting
equal access for all. We have developed a number of systems and tools to educate the people involved in the entire production process, from our designers in the
head office to our tailors in the production units.
Further, we have incorporated sustainability workshops and educational trainings into our company-wide learning and development programs for the employees, and have created a periodic newsletters on product sustainability, environmental awareness, power saving, water saving and best sustainable practices in the workplace and in the community that we use to proactively engage employees.
